    How It Works

    Meet people where they are

Record a street outreach interaction from a phone with the location captured, hand out supplies against it, and write the case note on the spot. Track an encampment with its position, estimated population, structure count and status, and see the whole picture on an activity map. The same records feed your unsheltered count and PIT planning.

Fill the beds you have tonight

See live availability across facilities, rooms and beds, and publish it to your whole network so a partner shelter can see what is open instead of calling round. Bed requests are triaged Emergency, High, Normal or Low so the queue reflects urgency rather than arrival order. Check in, check out, transfer and release beds, with households checked in together. Bed nights are recorded per night, which is the unit your ESG and CoC funders count.

Move people into housing, and follow them after

Build a placement plan, add and reorder candidate programs, and work a prioritized request queue with match filters that surface the openings a person qualifies for. Once someone is housed, retention checks are scheduled with due dates and reminders. Housing retention is the system performance measure you are graded on, and it is the follow-up that quietly lapses everywhere else.

Report it without a month of cleanup

HMIS entry and exit forms are composed for the HUD project type you are running, so the right questions are asked at the right moment. Export in HUD FY2026-compliant CSV with CoC codes and client hashing handled. For night-by-night shelters, enrollments close themselves after a number of days you choose, so stale open records stop wrecking your length-of-stay and exit-destination numbers.
