Inform USA, formerly the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS), is the professional association for community navigation — the field long known as information and referral (I&R). Its members include 211 and 988 programs, government units, libraries, and aging and disability agencies.
The association publishes the standards for the field, administers professional certification and agency accreditation, and convenes members at an annual conference and a virtual conference each year.
