The National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) is the national membership organization serving Community Action Agencies (CAAs) across the United States. CAAs are the primary vehicle through which the federal Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) reaches communities.
NCAP provides training, advocacy, and capacity-building for its members. It runs the CCAP professional certification and the Community Action Academy, publishes research and toolkits, and convenes the field at an annual convention.
